AVANTI HIGH SCHOOL VISIT THE HIVE

This afternoon, local secondary school, Avanti High School, paid a visit to the Hive!

The cohort included the girl’s football teams from Years 7 to 9, and they had a memorable time.

The visit included a 45 minute tour of the hive including the Boardroom, First-Team Dressing room and Tunnel area, whilst also enjoying a football session with some Hive Foundation coaches on the 5G pitches.

Numerous academy scholars, including Anthony Haralambous, Kavarni Brissett-Levy, O’Zion Hussain, Najet Villarreal and Nicholas Kilimonis helped out during the session and on the tour, answering some quite important questions about the process of becoming an academy scholar as well as giving tips and advice from what they’ve learnt so far from their footballing journeys.

Avanti High School are going to take part in a coaching session with the London Bees’ backroom staff next Tuesday night and will also join the team for their game against MK Dons next Sunday, as the Foundation look to grow their community engagement with the ever-growing demand of Women’s Football in the capital.

If you are a school that is interested in coming on a tour of The Hive please email aczerniec@thebeesfootball.com
