The Barnet FC Academy provides a professional pathway for talented young players to develop both on and off the pitch.

We operate a Cat 4 professional football academy in the English Football League’s Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) at U18s, U16s and U15s age groups.

As part of Barnet Football Club, our Academy offers high-quality coaching in a positive, challenging and supportive environment.

Players signed professional, players progressing to First Team, and players achieving careers in professional football.
Our Approach:
We provide a professional, yet accessible, player pathway from U6 to U18 (Development Center – Shadow Programme – Academy U18 EFL). The Academy combines high-quality coaching, individual development plans, performance support, education and player care to maximise each player’s potential on and off the pitch
Aaron’s Story –
After spending a year on the scholarship programme, his hard work, dedication and commitment to developing his skills working alongside the Academy coaches and teammates, saw him gain valuable experience both on and off the pitch. His progress and development ultimately helped him earn his first professional contract.
