The Barnet FC Pathway
From Academy Football to The First Team
At Barnet FC, Academy football has a purpose.
We want to develop players capable of progressing into senior football.
Our Academy provides a direct development pathway:

Progression is never guaranteed and every player’s journey is different, but our Academy staff work collectively to help each player maximise their potential.
Where appropriate, players may also gain valuable experience within senior football as part of their continued development.
