Southend United – Ticket Update
It has been confirmed by the National League that our fixture Vs. Southend United will now take place on Tuesday 1st November – KO 19:45.
All previously purchased tickets will remain valid for this re-arranged fixture.
The Barnet Football Club T&Cs can be found here. They state that “there will be no refunds issued (in full or part) for tickets.”
While the club is not obliged to provide a refund, we can confirm that as a gesture of goodwill, any supporter who purchased a matchday ticket will be able to claim a refund if they cannot attend the re-arranged date.
Barnet FC is developing a new piece of software for its ticketing system to ensure any refunds are processed online.
This software is still being developed. An update will be provided within 7-14 days detailing how supporters can claim a refund.
