BARNET FOOTBALL CLUB

AWARD WINNERS HONOURED AT END-OF-SEASON CELEBRATION

As the 2025/26 season draws to a close for our respective teams, it was that time of year again to celebrate those who have had the biggest impact on and off the pitch across the campaign.

Joined by supporters, family and friends, players and coaches from the Barnet FC First Team, London Bees and Academy came together to recognise those who were influential in the success of their sides on the pitch and behind the scenes.

The night began with a Q&A and season review with Bees’ Manager Dean Brennan, followed by reviews of the London Bees’ and Academy campaigns with Harry Garrod and Stuart O’Keefe.

We then delved into the awards, starting with Barnet’s Goal of the Season and with plenty of worldies to choose from over the past nine months, the Supporters’ Association had a tough task to whittle it down to a top three.

In third place was Adam Senior for his strike against Swindon Town in February, followed by Nnamdi Ofoborh in second place for his outside-of-the-box finish in our 4-0 win over Bristol Rovers at The Hive in December.

Our number 28 also won first place, for his match-winner against Chesterfield on home soil in February.

Moving on to most improved player. After being sidelined for 424 days with a back injury, Joe Kizzi returned to the squad in our match-up with Salford City last year, before starting the following three games, contributing to two clean sheets in the process. The defender then started 2026 by scoring a brace against Crawley Town at home; a remarkable return to the team and testament to his resilience during his recovery.

Up next was Young Player of the Season. Joining in the summer after spending two years with Halifax Town, Adam Senior wanted to make his mark in the EFL and with 47 appearances, eight goals and three assists later, it’s fair to say the 24-year-old has certainly done that!

A double scoop from Danny Collinge followed, with our number four picking up both Manager’s Player and Player’s Player. Approaching four years with the Bees in June, the 28-year-old has made 158 appearances in amber and black to date, with 41 of those coming in this season’s League Two campaign, where he’s captained the sided on 22 occasions, contributed to 15 clean sheets and found the back of the net on three occasions.

Player of the season was narrowed down to a leading trio, with Adam Senior taking third place for what’s been an impressive first season as the Bees’ starting left-back. Nik Tavares picked up the award for second place. Despite not being involved on numerous occasions due to injury setbacks, the “Rolls Royce” made 34 appearances and played a part in ten of the team’s clean sheets during the 2025/26 campaign. Taking top spot on the night was Ryan Glover. The winger has started all 43 league games during his second season with the Club and has scored 4 goals, as well as providing a further 5 assists. The 25-year-old has always been one of the first names on Dean Brennan’s team sheet during the 2025/26 campaign.

Ella Dragoiu was awarded Club Person of the Season by the First Team, for all her hard work in the Hive Bar, greeting the players on a daily basis and making sure they have everything they need food wise on a training day.

Craig Saul, our stadium announcer of 25 years, was awarded the coveted Lester Finch award for his dedication to the Club.

For the London Bees, Goal of the Season was awarded to forward Shamoy Campbell for a sensational strike against Cambridge United at home, with the youngster also winning Player of the Season. Goalkeeper Emma Roberts picked up the award for Most Improved Player for her performances in between the sticks.

Picking up a total of three awards on the night was defender Cheyenne Flynn. The Bees’ number five was awarded Young Player of the Season, as well as Manager’s and Player’s Player of the Season for her performances across the season in the FA Women’s National League Division One South East.

Harry Garrod, the London Bees’ Strength and Conditioning Coach was presented with the Club Person of the Year for all his efforts as part of the backroom staff across the campaign.

Moving on to the Academy, Aaron Liwala was awarded both the Player’s Player and Manager’s Player awards, while Micah Macarthy won Most Improved Player.

Anthony Haralambous picked up Club person of the Year for the AcademyAfter playing in Watford’s youth system last season, the Bees secured the signature of the young shot-stopper for the 2025-26 campaign and he’s continued to go from strength to strength and has been heavily involved in the First Team’s goalkeeping union and has even travelled with the team to games on numerous occasions.
