The versatile midfielder began his career in the youth setup at AFC Bournemouth where he played for ten years before departing in 2022.
Glover had three different loan spells whilst at the Cherries, with time spent at Weymouth, Hemel Hempstead and Aldershot Town.
Following on from his successful loan at Aldershot, Ryan signed for the Shots on a permanent basis, featuring 120 times before his departure in the summer of 2024.
Up until the end of last season, Gillmore rose up through the academy system at Millwall as part of the Under 18 and Under 21 sides at the New Den. He also spent time in Chelsea’s Academy setup earlier in his career, and joined up with the Lions in 2019, signing his first professional deal in the summer of 2021.
