Barnet made it two wins out of two as The Bees beat Yeovil Town 2-1 at The Hive.
Dean Brennan named one change from the starting XI that won against Maidstone United on Saturday. Kian Flanagan came in for Harry Smith.
The Bees dominated the first half and had plenty of chances to be leading at the break. Finley Potter had the first big chance of the game when his strike inside the box was blocked on the line. Moments later David Moyo came close when his header went just wide of goal.
The Bees pressed again. Sam Beard with an excellent ball into the path of Moyo who unfortunately couldn’t sort his feet out in time and hit the shot wide.
Idris Kanu made an excellent solo run around the Yeovil box before setting up Moyo who’s strike from the edge of the box was saved by Grant Smith.

The Bees continued to dominate. Kanu flashed a cross across the face of goal which Ryan De Havilland was inches away from tapping into the back of the net.
Barnet finally found the back of the net through Finley Potter. Another cross into the box was met by the head of Potter who bagged his second goal in two games for The Bees.
Minutes later Barnet made it 2-0. De Havilland played a great ball through the Yeovil defence to find Nicke Kabamba who slotted home his 18th of the season.
Two minutes after Kabamba’s goal, Yeovil pulled one back through Jamie Reckord.
Sam Woods came close to adding a third with his long-range strike but it was tipped over the bar by Smith.
Barnet saw out the game and secured the three points. The Bees move back up to 5th in the National League. Next up, we host Notts County at The Hive on Saturday.
