Supporter safety and customer service are two main priorities for the Club and it’s important that our good and loyal fan base feels they are treated fairly at all times.
Staff are trained to act on regulations but it appears on this occasion we may have fallen short of our and your expectations.
We really do appreciate the atmosphere created by the young group of fans behind the goal, who have been superb this season in “drumming” up support. We want to encourage all the good work they are doing and are keen to engage with them to make sure that this type of event does not reoccur so we are all working together as one. The Club has instigated a full investigation and wishes to meet with the supporters involved to discuss the events that took place and develop a better understanding and relationship.
