About Rice & Shine

Based in Chigwell, Essex, Rice & Shine is a Family run meal prep and delivery service. 

The team creates a new menu every six weeks which include a range of meat and fish dishes, as well as vegan and vegetarian options. Their recent expansion into breakfast, snacks and children’s menus has proved popular, with further expansion planned for January. 

For anyone looking to eat a calorie-controlled diet, their easy to use website allows for alterations to be made to meals and updates as to calories differences. Meals can be ordered individually, and amended to personal taste, or a Chef’s Selection menu is available each week. 

The team creates healthy, exciting dishes from scratch and delivers them to your door. Perfect for busy families or professionals, Rice & Shine allows clients to eat nutritious home cooked meals, without the effort of shopping or cooking.
