Billy represented the Bees on over 150 occasions, scoring 93 goals along the way.
Following a brief return to the club in 1973, Meadows took up the role of player/manager in 1975 and guided his team to the 1977 Southern Division 1 South title.
Billy will be remembered not only as a fantastic football player, but more importantly, a good person with an incredible sense of humour.
