Darren Currie’s side welcome the Shots off the back of a 1-0 victory over Maidenhead United on Saturday courtesy of a 66th minute Josh Walker winner.
The Opposition:
After initially facing relegation last season, the Shots were gifted a lifeline after the expulsion of Gateshead.
Aldershot will be looking to regain their Football League status in the near future after relegation from League Two in 2013.
However, they currently find themselves 20th on 11 points after clinching three victories so far this season, including two in their last five.
All three wins have come away from home and they will undoubtedly be hoping to add another three points on their travels tonight.
The Shots will be full of confidence after winning 2-1 away at Stockport County at the weekend in their most recent fixture.
Manager: Danny Searle
This season proves to be Danny Searle’s first as Shots manager after taking up the hot seat in May.
The 41-year-old spent the back end of last season in charge of relegated Braintree Town after a spell as Assistant Manager.
Searle was also a coach within the Academies at Chelsea, Charlton Athletic, Southend United and West Ham United.
Last Time Out:
Barnet came away with all three points in their last meeting with the Shots at The Hive London back in March.
The Bees won 2-0 after second half goals from Ephron Mason-Clark and Shaq Coulthirst ensured the win.
Top Scorer: Ethan Chislett
With three goals to his name, midfielder Ethan Chislett is currently the Shots’ top scorer.
He bagged his first of the season against Solihull Moors before clinching his second five games later away at Eastleigh. His third strike came in the following fixture as his side fell to a 2-1 home defeat against Barrow.
Connections:
Cheye Alexander joined the Bees in 2018 after spending three years with Aldershot, helping them reach the play-offs on two occasions.
Callum Reynolds captained the Shots during his two-year spell at the club. Signing from Boreham Wood, the defender made 90 appearances for the Hampshire side before arriving at the Hive this summer.
Andre Boucaud featured 13 times for the Shots after signing on loan from Peterborough United in 2005. His brief spell in Hampshire only lasted three months before he was recalled by his parent club.
New signing Alfie Pavey spent a short spell on loan with the Shots in 2016 whilst at Millwall.
