The Bees are now out of all three cup competitions and will divert their attention to climbing up the league table when hosting Torquay United in a League Two clash at Underhill on Tuesday evening.
The Bees failed to impose themselves on the game and Oxford were worthy winners of the tie.
Barnet succumbed to a 2-0 home defeat in the FA Cup First Round against fellow League Two side Oxford United.
