Steve Harris was at The Hive on Thursday to talk to our brand new signing Marciano Mengerink.

The forward joined the club over the weekend subject to international clearance from SDV Barnveld but we caught up with him just before to see how he was settling in.

Last Tuesday’s 3-0 win over Hitchin Town saw the forward get his third and fourth goals of pre-season and the second, which you can watch below, was an absolute stunner.

 

He rounded off the week with another goal in Saturday’s 1-2 loss to AEL Limassol.

Harris also caught up with Jamal Lowe who has been training with the first-team since the start of pre-season.

The forward has also featured against the likes of Hendon FC and he scored the first goal at The Hive in a training friendly that ended 1-1.
