We are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Isiah Noel-Williams from National League South side Hemel Hempstead for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old makes the move to the Bees after spending the 2025/26 campaign with the Tudors, where he made 37 appearances and scored eight goals, playing a crucial role in the club’s journey to the play-offs.
Before the move to Hemel, Noel-Williams spent a couple of months with Matlock Town and previous to that, represented Kettering Town, where he made headlines after scoring in the Poppies’ FA Cup second round proper fixture against Doncaster Rovers.
Prior to that, the youngster played for Leverstock Green, Harrow Borough, Chalfont St Peter and Cheshunt, where he was picked up by the Northamptonshire side.
On securing the signature of the midfielder, Manager Dean Brennan said:
“Isiah’s a player we’ve been tracking for about four years. He first came and trained with us at 18/19 and we could see he had serious athleticism and power and the best thing for him to do then was to go off and play and he’s done that and now he comes back to us knowing what we’re all about.
He’ll bring power, athleticism, extreme fitness levels and my job is to make him a better player.
We see a lot of potential in Isiah. He’s a local kid and I think he’s going to be a great asset to the team; a young player with a lot of desire and my job is to turn him into a goalscoring midfielder.”
On putting pen to paper with the Bees, Isiah added:
“It feels amazing to be here. It’s always been my dream to be a professional football player and at this stage in my career, I feel physically and mentally ready to make the step up.
I trained here four years ago and now I’m back as a player, a man and I’m here to carry myself with my head high and chest out and ready to do my thing.”
Welcome to Barnet, Isiah
The deal is subject to League and FA approval
