The Nigeria National ‘A’ Men’s Football Team the ‘Super Eagles’ will face Senegal in an international friendly under the lights on Thursday evening.
Undefeated in their World Cup qualifying campaign, the Super Eagles are currently top of Group B of the African Football Confederation (CAF) World Cup 2018 Qualifiers.
Senegal are ranked 31st in the FIFA world rankings and will provide a stern test to Gernot Rohr’s side, with Nigeria currently ranked 41st and ten places below Senegal.
The friendly game will provide important preparation for the Super Eagles’ up coming World Cup qualifying matches against Cameroon, Zambia and Algeria.
