The 24-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at The Hive London, subject to relevant confirmation from The FA and National League.
Johnson has made 241 professional appearances for the Bees, making him the leading appearance holder in the current Barnet squad.
A product of our own Academy, Johnson spoke of his joy after securing his future at the Club.
“It’s a good feeling to get it over the line. There have been a lot of discussions over the past few months, but I’m very happy it’s done.
“This club is very important to me, I made my debut here after being an apprentice and to have played almost 250 games for Barnet is something special.
“The current group has had a season to gel and hopefully, after a good pre-season, we’ll be able to push on and have a successful campaign in 2019/20.”
