NDLOVU BECOMES SECOND JANUARY SIGNING

We are delighted to announce the signing of striker Lee Ndlovu from Boreham Wood.

The forward joins us on a two-and-a-half-year contract from the National South side.

The 30-year-old began his career at Holbeach United before moving to Grantham and then Ilkeston Town. A successful spell at Ilkeston earned him a move to National North side Brackley Town. During his time at The Saints, he scored 70 goals in 225 appearances.

In 2022 Lee signed for Boreham Wood where he has remained ever since, scoring 33 goals in 108 games, helping them to a play-off campaign in the 2022/23 season.

Speaking on his arrival, Head Coach Dean Brennan said, “Lee is a player that we’ve tracked for a long time. It was great that all parties got the deal done and we feel joy for each other.

“He’s an exciting player, his attributes suit what we are looking for. We’ve worked really hard to get the deal done so I thank everyone involved for that.

“He will bring us power and pace in the top line, and I think in our team with the chances we create he will score lots of goals.

“It’s great to have him on board!”

Welcome to the Bees Lee!

The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
