Moving with Myles

Barnet Football Club would like to thank Myles Anderson for all of his help this season, coming in to take care of the boys with their physical, mental and emotional well-being & preparation, through the practice of Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama.

 

The National League is a relentless league and this calendar year Barnet have only had two weeks without a midweek game.

 

Myles, who has been teaching Yoga for over 2 years now, has been in to the club on numerous occasions to help the team this season.

 

We caught up with him and spoke about the benefits of yoga.
