The Bees are on the road for the second time this week when they travel to the Mornflake Stadium tomorrow afternoon to face Cheltenham Town in a 3pm kick-off.
Â
Barnet:
Â
The Bees secured their first points of the season on Tuesday night away at Swindon Town, coming away from the Nigel Eady County Ground with a 2-0 victory.
Â
The substitutions made all the difference as late goals from Dennis Adineran and Emmanuel Osadebe secured the Bees a win on the road in matchday four of the 2025/26 Sky Bet League Two campaign.
Â
Despite having to withstand some early pressure from the hosts and Cieran Slicker having to make a few saves, Barnet were able to take control of the tie, with Anthony Hartigan’s corners and Callum Stead’s tenacity in the final third proving a threat.
Â
It remained goalless at the halfway stage, but Barnet came out hungry for more in the second 45.
Â
Emmanuel Osadebe was the first impact sub to make a difference, aiming a left-footed volley into the back of the net to give the visitors late hope for their first points of the campaign with five minutes to go.
Â
As the clock ticked towards 90 minutes, ten minutes were shown on the fourth official’s board and the roar around the Nigel Eady County Ground from the Swindon Fans was enough for the white and purple shirts to turn it up a gear.Â
Â
Barnet doubled their lead shortly before the referee blew his final whistle. This time, it was a combination of substitutes Lee Ndlovu and Dennis Adineran, with the latter firing into the bottom left corner.Â
Â
Barnet’s last five results:
Â
 Swindon Town 0-2 Barnet FC
Barnet FC 1-2 Walsall
Bromley 2-0 Barnet FC
Barnet FC 0-2 Fleetwood Town
Barnet FC 2-2 Newport County (Carabao Cup, Newport win 4-2 on penalties)

Â
Cheltenham Town:
Â
Sat at the bottom of the League Two table, Cheltenham are yet to gain a point this season after four games.
Â
In their most recent fixture, the Robins fell to a 2-1 defeat on home soil to Andy Woodman’s Bromley.
Â
The visitors were 1-0 up inside 15 minutes, with Omar Sowunmi on the scoresheet, before Michael Cheek double the lead from the penalty spot in the second period of the game.
Â
Josh Martin closed the gap for the hosts with 73 minutes on the clock from outside the box, but the Gloucestershire Club couldn’t find an equaliser before the full-time whistle.
Â
Cheltenham Town’s last five results:
Â
Cheltenham 1-2 Bromley
MK Dons 5-0 Cheltenham
Cheltenham 2-0 Exeter (Carabao Cup)
Cheltenham 0-2 Chesterfield
Cambridge 1-0 Cheltenham
Â
In the opposition dugout:
Â
The Robins are led by 44-year-old Michael Flynn, who took charge of the club in May 2024 and guided them to a 15th-place finish last season.
Â
Flynn’s previous managerial roles have included four years with Newport County, where he reached the League Two play-off final, as well as spells at Walsall and Swindon Town.
Â
Ones to watch:
Â
A player to watch for tomorrow’s hosts is 23-year-old Josh Martins, who signed for the club just last week and scored in their game on Tuesday night at home to Bromley.
Â
Martins signed his professional contract at Norwich City and has had spells at multiple EFL clubs, his most successful being a loan in the latter half of the 2021/22 season with Doncaster Rovers, where he racked up seven goal contributions in 20 appearances.
Â
The versatile forward is creative and technically very good and can chip in with goals and assists for Michael Flynn’s side.
Â
Last time these two sides met:
Â
The Bees last faced the Robins in January 2018, where a 1-1 draw was played out in Gloucestershire.
Â
Barnet were ahead with just two minutes on the clock through Ricardo Santos, but it was cancelled out by Mohamed Eisa who rescued a point for Cheltenham after 65 minutes.
Â
We look forward to seeing the Bees’ fans on the road again!
