FIXTURE DETAILS:

Barnet FC vs Bromley FC

Saturday 14th November 2020, 15:00 KO

The Hive London

Vanarama National League

THE RAVENS:

League Position: 11th (P5 W2 D1 L2)

Last Result: Bromley 0-1 Yeovil Town (Emirates FA Cup, Saturday 7th November)

Manager: Neil Smith

Club Captain: Jack Holland

It has been a mixed start to the campaign for Bromley in the 2020-2021 season. After a big win on the first day of the season against Dover Athletic, they have only won one further, beating newly promoted Weymouth. Despite losing two and drawing one of the rest, these results came against sides who currently sit higher in the table than them, including Torquay United who are currently top of the Vanarama National League.

The Ravens will be keen to get back to winning ways on Saturday, especially after going out of the Emirates FA Cup last weekend, to a last-minute extra-time winner from Yeovil Town.

The BEES

The confidence in the squad will be sky-high, after Sunday’s Emirates FA Cup triumph over League One outfit Burton Albion, despite playing half the game with ten men. The Bees will be looking to make it five games unbeaten in all competitions this Saturday, as they take on Bromley. The last time the Bees played in the league was near the end of October when they secured a valuable point on the road, against Wrexham.

Peter Beadle confirmed that Eliot Richards will miss the vast majority of the rest of the season after the midfielder sustained an ACL injury during Sunday’s game. The boss also confirmed Tyrone Duffus and Josh Walker are still out for possibly another game or two, while captain James Dunne will most likely miss Saturday’s game.

LAST TIME WE MET:

The sides last met in a league encounter back in January, at Hayes Lane, with the Bees winning 2-1.
