John Akinde’s 18th goal of the season wasn’t enough for Barnet who were undone by three quick-fire goals from Doncaster Rovers at The Hive London on Saturday, going down 3-1 in EFL League Two.
James Coppinger cancelled out Akinde’s 13th minute strike within three minutes before John Marquis put Rovers ahead 12 minutes later. Coppinger added a third just after the half-hour mark to take the game away from the Bees.
