Barnet manager Martin Allen was pleased with his side’s performance in this afternoon’s 2-2 draw with Yeovil Town.
Speaking after the game, Martin said:
“I thought we played really well for 65-70 minutes.
“It was a really good, outstanding team performance, coming away from home and taking control of the game.
“I thought that in and out of possession we were much better this week.
“Collectively we looked far more efficient.
“It’s good to see the players applying themselves, after what has been a tricky, difficult few weeks.
“Of course there’s going to be that tinge – two nil up, we could have had three points.
“We’re all going to be thinking that, me included.
“But I suppose that when we came down here this morning, if we thought we’d have been coming home with a point…. It’s a good point away from home.
“We’ve had a bad spell away from home, so it’s always good to get a point.”
