Barnet FC can confirm that Jamal Lowe has left the club to join St Albans City on a permanent transfer.
Jamal was a product of the club’s Academy, and made a name for himself after scoring 19 goals for the U18s during the 2011/12 season.
He was rewarded with a first team debut in August 2012 in a 3-1 home defeat against York City, going on to make ten appearances that season before having loan spells with Hayes & Yeading and Boreham Wood.
Jamal spent large parts of last season out on loan at Hitchin Town and his new club St Albans City, where he made quite an impression after scoring five goals in 14 appearances for the Saints.
He has featured for the first team twice this season, coming off the bench in the games away to Nuneaton Town and Dover Athletic before joining Hemel Hempstead on a three-month loan in September.
Jamal will now join St Albans City, who currently sit in 11th place in the Vanarama Conference South, on a permanent basis after being transfer listed by Martin Allen in December.
Everybody at Barnet FC would like to thank Jamal for all of his efforts for the club and wish him all the very best in the future.
