This Sunday sees the return of Women’s Super League football to The Hive, as the London Bees take on Reading FC Women in their first home game of the new FA WSL2 season!

The Bees got their campaign off to a good start last week with a hard-earned 0-0 draw away to Millwall Lionesses at The Den, and will be looking to build on that when they take on the Royals this weekend.

With a whole host of exciting new signings added during the close-season, this is your first chance to see the new-look Bees in action – so be sure to come on down and share in a day of fun for all the family!

As part of the special opening of Grazioli’s, all Barnet FC members are invited to attend the game for free before going along to the official unveiling of the new and improved home bar beneath the West Stand which is set to forever pay tribute to one of Barnet’s greatest ever players.

The event will also tie in with Giuliano’s 40th birthday celebrations, with all those in attendance being invited toast the Bees legend with a free glass of sparkling wine and slice of birthday cake before the great man takes part in a question and answer session with supporters to look back on five unforgettable years as a player which saw him net 65 goals for the Bees as well as spells as both a coach and caretaker manager culminating in the great escape at the end of 2010/11 season.

What is more, The Hive will be buzzing with a range of activity before the game ahead of the Easter holidays to keep kids of all ages entertained in the lead up to the big events of the day, including:

12:15 – 14:00: Face painting & inflatables

12:30 – 13:15: Easter egg hunt around The Hive

13:15 – 13:30: Hide & Seek with Mr Bumble
