LOAN UPDATE – CRAWFORD SCORES FOR DARTS

Harry Crawford and Jack Saville were both in action this weekend as Dartford and Ebssfleet United both took part in thrilling encounters.
Dartford secured a point in their Blue Square Bet League Premier Division clash against Southport with a 2-2 draw but Saville and Ebbsfleet were beaten 3-2 by Kidderminster Harriers at Aggborough.
Crawford gave the Darts the lead during the first-half as he slotted home his first goal since returning to the club. However the Sandgrounders drew level before the break via Andy Owens.
Tom Bonner restored Dartford’s lead just before the hour mark but Shaun Whalley made it 2-2 with seven minutes to play from the spot.
Saville and the Fleet lost 3-2 to in-form Kidderminster Harriers as goals from Dammy Shitta and Nathan Elder provided nothing more than a consolation.
Shitta gave the away side the lead after 13 minutes but James Vincent levelled soon after the restart with accusations of handball waved away by the referee.
Anthony Malbon put Harriers in front on the hour mark before Callum Gittings added a third three minutes from time. Elder converted a penalty in added time but it was not enough to avoid defeat.
Things do not get any easier for Saville and the Fleet as they travel to table toppers Wrexham on Tuesday night.
Crawford will also take on the Welsh side this week, on Friday night, but will face Stockport County first on Tuesday.
