Fans coming to the FA WSL Final at Underhill tomorrow night (kick off 7pm) will be given an exclusive ear-piece where they will be able to hear match commentary and opinions from Comedy Dave alongside some famous FA WSL voices. This is another ‘first’ for the FA WSL, which launched the 2012 season with a Digital Ambassador programme including England Team GB Stars such as Steph Houghton and Jill Scott.
The league was the first in the country to have twitter armbands on the digital ambassador match-shirts this season and last year launched the ‘Call The Shots’ campaign which put fans in control over decisions on entrance music, food served at matches, and player of the match on FA WSL match-days.
The radio star is delighted to be part of another fan-first from The FA WSL: "This is a fantastic way of giving fans who come to the game some exclusive content on match-day and a great way to engage with them. I’m really looking forward to the match between two of the top teams in women’s football. I hope it’s a great occasion at Underhill, both on the pitch for the players and for fans listening to myself and some of the FA WSL’s top female stars"
