HOWLAND SIGNS ON LOAN

Barnet Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of winger Jack Howland on loan from Championship side Millwall until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old joined the Lions’ Academy at the age of eight and progressed through the ranks, becoming a mainstay in the U21s and making his senior debut in the Carabao Cup in August last year.

Howland signed a new long-term deal with the South London Club in December.

On adding the young attacking prospect to our squad on deadline day, Dean Brennan said,

“Jack gives us balance which the team’s needed. He’s got serious ability and he made a huge impact when he got in the First Team at Millwall.

He’s got brilliant dribbling skills, a beautiful left foot, good vision and he’s creative, which is something we felt we needed to get into the football club. The timing of it’s very good for both parties and I think he’ll do really well for us.”

Welcome to the Bees, Jack!

The deal is subject to the usual league and FA clearances
