Barnet FC are running a FREE trial for our U18 Development Squad on Tuesday 30th August 2016, from 10:45am-midday at The Hive (please arrive at 10:30am for registration). 

With only a few days to go until the trial, now is the time to sign up! The event is open to anybody in school years 11 or 12 who wants to play their football at The Hive next season!

Our U18 development team will be based at the home of Barnet FC  and we’re looking for a squad of boys that are aiming to progress into academy football.

The programme is full-time and delivered by our Academy staff. There will be regular weekly matches, as we look to develop a pathway for players into elite level football. 

Those selected will be eligible to do BTEC Level 3 or A-levels, provided they achieve at least 5 GCSE’s (Grades A to C) with our local education provider.

The programme began last season and has been a great success – multiple players have gone on to represent Barnet FC’s Youth team in Academy football. 

We are searching for people with a strong footballing background, who are looking to continue their education.

Unfortunately we can only consider players who send a brief outline of their footballing history. 

Please be aware that you must be a current Year 11 or Year 12 student to be eligible. 

Anyone applying from outside of those age groups will not be offered a trial with the club.
