Taye was the first goalkeeping addition to the Bees’ squad ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
Â
The London-born shot-stopper grew up in Fulham’s academy, where he progressed through the ranks, before various loan spells, including a hugely successful one at Boreham Wood, where he was part of the side that made it to the fifth round of the FA Cup in 2022.
Â
Taye’s loan spell at Stevenage earned him a permanent move away from the Cottagers and he spent three years with the Boro, earning promotion to League One and racking up a total of 87 appearances in between the sticks.

Our new number one has also represented England as a youth international and football runs through his family, with his two brothers also playing professionally as goalkeepers.
