BIOGRAPHY
Nik joined the Bees ahead of the 2024/25 title-winning season after spending the last two seasons at Dagenham and Redbridge in the National League.

The centre-back, who hails from South Africa, spent his youth career at Brentford and Crystal Palace, followed by a season at Wealdstone and then the Daggers.

Tavares has also represented Croatia as a youth international on six occasions.
Up until the end of last season, Gillmore rose up through the academy system at Millwall as part of the Under 18 and Under 21 sides at the New Den. He also spent time in Chelsea’s Academy setup earlier in his career, and joined up with the Lions in 2019, signing his first professional deal in the summer of 2021.
