The Hive came to life on Monday 24th June as the first-team reported for the start of pre-season.
Following a disappointing end to the 2012/13 season the Bees’ terrific training ground was buzzing with anticipation as the club set their sights on a return to the Football League.
Regular starters Graham Stack, David Stephens and Mark Byrne along with the rest of the squad undertook their first training session of the season with Ulrich Landvreugd and new head of coaching Dick Schreuder.
They were also joined by Iffy Allen, Jamal Lowe and George Sykes who will be looking to make an impact in pre-season and force their way into Edgar Davids’ immediate plans.
The Bees will kick-off their pre-season campaign on Tuesday 9th July away at St Albans City before hosting the likes of Ipswich Town and MK Dons at The Hive.
Their pre-season campaign will conclude on Saturday 3rd August away at Hemel Hempstead Town with the first Conference Premier fixture taking place one week later on the 10th.
The 2013/13 fixtures will be released on Wednesday 3rd July with the first draw for the FA Cup and the FA Trophy coming out two days later.
