DANI LOPEZ JOINS ON LOAN

Barnet Football Club have signed Dani Lopez from Stevenage on an initial one-month loan deal with a view to a deal until the end of the season.
The 27-year-old has already been on loan to League Two once this season, to Aldershot Town, and he impressed scoring six goals in twelve games.
He also lined up against the Bees in their 1-0 loss to the Shots at Underhill on New Years’ Day.

The forward began his career with Atletico Madrid playing in the same youth team as Chelsea striker Fernando Torres.
He left Los Colchoneros in 2003 following two-years with the club’s academy to join CDA Navalcarnero but after just one-year he returned to Atletico to play in their B team.
The following season he played for Atletico C where he scored ten goals in 19 games, he left Madrid for Getafe B the following season but continued to impress by scoring 22 goals in 34 games.
Ahead of the 2008/09 season Lopez signed for Getafe’s divisional rivals Las Rozas, the club was different but the results were the same as he scored 19 goals in 25 appearances.
He spent the following three-years in the Segunda División B with Espanyol B and CB Badajoz before joining Stevenage on 31 August 2012 following a successful trial with the club.
