Barnet are delighted to announce that Assistant Manager Connor Smith has signed a new deal with the Bees, keeping him at the club till the conclusion of the 2027/28 season.
Connor joined the Club as a player/coach in July 2022 and went on to make six appearances in the 2022/23 campaign, before making the step up to Assistant Manager ahead of the 2023/24 season.
Connor played a crucial role behind the scenes last season when the Bees lifted the National League title and secured Football League status for the first time in seven years.
On getting his new deal sorted, Connor said, “I’m really pleased to get the deal done. It’s been in discussions now for a long time, so to get it complete, I’m ecstatic.
I’ve loved my time here and made some great memories, so to continue that for another two and a half years is exciting.”
