Dean Brennan was charged with a breach of FA Rule E3.1 during our EFL League Two fixture against Grimsby Town on 17 January 2026.
It was alleged that Dean acted in an improper manner which led to his dismissal and he subsequently denied this charge.
The Regulatory Commission found the charge to be not proven.
