Hive Community Trust and Barnet FC are looking for your help to support the local food bank who provide much needed support to the local community.

Last weekend we had a fantastic response collecting box after box so a massive thank you must go to supporters and the Supporters Trust who helped spread the word! 

This week we need your help once again as we have one final push at collecting as many boxes as possible so bring your favourite cereal this Saturday.

Boxees can be handed in at the Trust Tent next to the main building and entrance to the East Stand from 12.30pm. 

 

Of 2000 mothers surveyed by Netmums recently, 1 in 5 regularly go without meals to feed their children, 16% are being treated for stress-related illnesses and one third are borrowing money from friends and family to stay afloat. Most mothers stated that their situation is worse than a year ago with less money coming in.     

 

Cereals have long expiry dates and can be stored and transported easily. All the players and Staff at The Hive and even Mr Bumble will be supporting this charitable cause on 12th April so get involved!
