Barnet centre-back Bondz N’Gala has signed a new deal with the Bees, keeping him at the club for at least the coming season.
The 26-year-old has extended his contract by one year, with the option of a further 12 months.
N’Gala was signed by Martin Allen two seasons ago and was part of the side that won the Conference title in 2014-15.
The former West Ham United and Portsmouth defender reacted to the news, saying:
“I’m pleased to have extended my stay at The Hive. Barnet are a club that I hold very close to my heart, and I’ve really enjoyed my two years so far.
“I’ve got a great relationship with the fans, the Manager and the Chairman. They’ve got faith in me, which played a massive part in my decision to stay.
“We achieved the highest points tally that the club has managed since 2007-08 last season, so we definitely want to push on and improve on that now.
“The support and faith that the manager has shown me in the last couple of years has been fantastic. He’s helped me with my development as a player and there is definitely more to come from me next season.”
