Barnet FC is delighted to announce that midfielder Billy Clifford has agreed to join the Club.
Clifford will join The Bees on a 2 year contract, having spent the previous two seasons at National League side Ebbsfleet.
A product of the Chelsea Academy, the 31 year old played in the Championship and Leagues One and Two, for the likes of Colchester United, Crawley Town and Walsall.
On signing with Barnet, Clifford said,
“I’m delighted to have signed. Really looking forward to meeting the lads and getting started.”
Barnet FC Manager Dean Brennan added,
“We have been monitoring Bill for the past 6 months and the fact that I have worked with him before and trust his personality and ability, I feel he is a great fit for our squad.
Bill is one of the bravest players I have ever worked with. He is prepared to receive the ball in all scenarios and he knows what I expect from him. I’m delighted he chose to join us.”
