Barnet FC Ladies Manager Tracey Kevins has announced that she will be leaving the club at the end of the season to take up a coaching role in the United States.
Tracey was appointed as First Team Manager at Barnet FC Ladies in March 2004, having served the club for many seasons as a player and in various coaching roles. During her time as Manager, Tracey has guided the club from the South East Combination League to the FA Women’s Premier League National Division. Last season, under her leadership Barnet FC Ladies achieved their highest league position of fourth place in the National Division.
With Tracey as Manager Barnet FC Ladies won the FA Women’s Premier League Cup in 2011 and reached the semi-final of the FA Women’s Cup in two successive seasons in 2009/10 and 2010/11. Tracey also led Barnet FC Ladies to the Championship of the FA Women’s Premier League Southern Division in 2010, the South East Combination League in 2006 and to the Middlesex County FA Women’s Senior Cup title on seven occasions.
Barnet FC Ladies would like to stress that Tracey’s departure from the club has been amicable and the club wish her every success with her new challenge. Tracey will be continuing in her role at Barnet FC Ladies until her departure for her new post.
The club is commencing its recruitment process for a new First Team Manager, who will be announced as part of the club’s FA Women’s Super League application.
