Barnet welcomes friends from the Netherlands

On Saturday 19^th November, Barnet FC was delighted to welcome a group of supporters from the Netherlands to The Hive.

Visiting for their first Barnet match, Fred Stam and his group of friends joined us to see Dean Brennan’s Barnet beat Torquay United 1-0 after a brilliant header from Marvin Armstrong in the 10^th minute.

The group from Amsterdam are currently on a European tour and are visiting the home of every club who has won a Champions League. They joined us having recently visited the Santiago Bernabéu , San Siro and Stamford Bridge!

Fred and his group shared stories of their travels with Barnet supporters in the Hive Bar throughout a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

We were delighted to subsequently learn that met the Barnet Walking Football team and have arranged to return to North-London next year for a friendly match.
