Barnet Football Club are pleased to announce the signing of Charlie Adams from Brentford FC.

The attacking midfielder joins Barnet on loan until the end of the 2013/14 season and he is eligible to feature in the play-offs should the Bees qualify.

Adams, 19, has made one league appearances for the Brentford first-team but has vast experience with their under-21 professional development side. 

Last season he made 19 appearances for the under-21s scoring seven goals and last month Brentford Boss Mark Warburton tipped the youngster to have a bright future.

During the current campaign he has made nine appearances in the Under-21 league scoring two goals whilst be named on Warburton’s bench on four occasions.

Last summer Adams signed a new two year contract at Griffin Park.
