Kabamba & Armstrong meet local school children!
Barnet FC and the Bees in the Community recently visited Bell Lane Primary School to meet and speak to students.
Barnet FC first 1st team players, Nicke Kabamba and Marvin Armstrong spoke at length about their careers and what obstacles they faced to becoming professional footballers as well as teaching students about making the right choices in life.
The pair then opened the floor to the students which gave them the rare opportunity to ask professional footballers their unanswered questions.
After the session Bees in the Community gave every student an autograph book which Nicke Kabamba and Marvin Armstrong spoke signed for the students.
Bees in the Community Manger, Dan Barton said:
“It was great to see the students getting involved asking the players lots of questions and enjoying themselves throughout the day.
“We feel that it is really important for our players to be seen as strong role models for students in the local area we hope that Nicke and Marvin’s visit today has inspired a lot of the students today."
