The Barnet FC Development Centre is the official development pathway for young players aspiring to join Barnet FC Academy.

Open to boys aged 6 to 16, the Centre provides elite, professional coaching in a supportive and challenging environment at The Hive London.

Designed to bridge the gap between grassroots and Academy football, our programme follows the Barnet FC Academy syllabus and is delivered by FA and UEFA qualified Academy coaches.

What We Offer:

Professional Coaching – All sessions are led by our Academy coaching staff, focusing on technical development, tactical understanding, physical literacy and psychological growth, aligned with the EFL Academy curriculum.

A Clear Pathway – As an EFL Club, we offer a direct route into our Academy. Our Academy recruitment team actively scouts every Development Centre group. Many of our current Academy players were identified through this programme.

Elite Environment – Train at The Hive London, home of Barnet FC. Players will have access to outstanding facilities including FIFA-standard 5G pitches, grass pitches, and Academy analysis support.

Individual Development – Group sessions tailored by age and ability, ensuring each player receives individual feedback and a personal development plan. Regular fixtures against other professional Academies and Development Centres.
