Barnet Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of a new club Vice President – Keith Ferry.
The appointment of Mr Ferry was approved by the club’s Board of Directors, and he will take up his position with immediate effect.
As a councillor for Harrow Council for 16 years, having retired last May, Mr Ferry brings a wealth of experience in planning, environmental issues and community support.
Mr Ferry joins with the aim of developing Barnet’s involvement in the local community through improving sports provisions across North-West London.
Barnet Football Club Chairman, Tony Kleanthous, said:
“I am delighted to welcome Keith on board as a vice-president, he will be a valuable asset to the club.
“As a former elected representative in the local Council area, he brings invaluable knowledge to Barnet at a crucial period along with a wide range of business and political insight.

Keith has worked in the construction industry for over fifty years and joins at an important time in the club’s history. With construction set to continue on the new South Stand in 2023, his knowledge and experience will be vital in ensuring that The Hive London is the premier sports facility in North-West London.
