ANTHONY HARTIGAN BECOMES DEAN BRENNAN’S TWELFTH SIGNING OF THE SUMMER

Barnet FC is delighted to announce that midfielder Anthony Hartigan has agreed to join the Club.

Hartigan is back with the Bees, having put pen to paper and signing a 2 year contract with the Club.

After a hugely impactful and successful season with us in the 2023/24 campaign, Hartigan cleaned up at the end of season awards winning Barnet’s Players’ Player, Manager’s Player and Young Player of the Season for the campaign.

He also received the Club’s Goal of the Season award and was named in the Vanarama National League Team of the Season.

On signing with Barnet, Hartigan said,

“I’m really happy to be back at Barnet and looking forward for the season to start.

Let’s get promoted this year!”

Barnet FC Manager Dean Brennan added,

“We all saw the impact and upgrade Harts gave to our team last season. He is always available for the ball, he plays forward and makes our team tick.

The fact Harts bought into what we are looking to do at Barnet and turned down EFL clubs to come and join us on a permanent shows you what direction we are looking to go in.

Harts will be a key player for the Club and I’m buzzing he has joined us.”

Welcome back to Barnet, Anthony!

The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
