Collinge committed to the Bees in June 2022 after the expiration of his contract with Dover Athletic and signed a new contract with the club in May 2025.

The defender started his career in Germany with VfB Stuttgart and featured 15 times for their second team before moving to Colchester United in 2019.

Loans followed at Maldon & Tiptree and AFC Sudbury before joining Dover Athletic, where he played 38 games for the Whites in the National League.
