Sean Shields departs

Sean Shields has completed a permanent transfer from Barnet FC to Scunthorpe United.

Shields signed in the Summer of 2022 from Weymouth FC and has gone on to make 19 appearances for The Bees.

The 31-year-old departs The Hive after scoring 3 goals and making 3 assists. Shields memorably scored a brilliant solo goal in our 3-1 victory against Eastleigh back in August 2022.

We wish Sean the very best for the future.

The deal is subject to the usual FA and League clearances.
