Andy Hessenthaler
Andy Hessenthaler began his playing career in non-league football before signing his first professional contract with Watford in 1991.
He later played for Gillingham, including a spell as player-manager, before he joined Barnet. Hessenthaler made over 35 appearances for the Bees between 2006 and 2007.
The former midfielder’s departed Underhill in 2007 and joined Dover Athletic where he again enjoyed a spell as a player-manager.
Following this, the 56-year-old began his full managerial career, with stints back at Gillingham, Leyton Orient and Eastleigh before his return to Dover in 2018.

Alfie Pavey
Alfie Pavey started off at Maidstone United in 2012, where he was a prolific goalscorer goals whilst in their youth teams.
In 2014, the forward had a loan spell at Barnet where he made three appearances for the club, before joining permanently from 2019 to 2021.
The 26-year-old also turned out for the likes of Aldershot Town, Bromley, Dartford and Havant & Waterlooville before rejoining Maidstone on a permanent deal last year.
Pavey has been on loan at Dover Athletic for the majority of this season and is the joint-top goalscorer having found the net on four occasions.
