The 19-year-old has two first team appearances to his name, both coming last season and will head to the Isthmian League South Central Division outfit in search of valuable game time.
A product of the Barnet FC Academy, Malakai joined Chelsea in 2014 but returned on Transfer Deadline Day last summer.
He also had a spell on loan at Southern League side Farnborough last season.
