The Bees’ youngsters won 17 of their 20 games to take the Allied Counties Youth Football League East Division championship ahead of Abbey Rangers Elect.
They managed to hold their nerve in a tense climax to the campaign, beating Abbey 2-0 before winning both of their games in hand to finish two points clear.
That completed a successful season for the Bees, in which they were mostly up against older opposition but tasted defeat only once.
Six players from the Under-17 squad also featured in the combined Under-16 to Under-18 Barnet side that overcame Staines Town to win the Middlesex Cup final in March.
Bees’ Academy manager Ben Ashby presented the boys with their individual medals, as well as the championship trophy.
Under-17s coach Josh Bednash said: “We’re all very happy to have won this league after a successful season in which the players have developed a great deal – and ultimately that is the Academy’s aim for every player.”
