The party of 120 Year 2 boys and girls from Stag Lane Junior School in Edgware were treated to a tour of the stadium before taking part in a range of games led by the club’s Foundation coaches and hearing a talk from Eames.
Karen Hughes, deputy head of the school – whose annual sports day is held at The Hive – said: “To promote community links, it’s a really good way of getting to know this stadium.
“A lot of the children come here for clubs and to watch games through The Hive Foundation. This is a really nice end of year celebration for Year 2 to come and take part in sports.”
